Job Description

:

• Process and manage NOC applications (e.g., landscaping, demolition, building modifications) ensuring compliance with JAFZA, Trakhees, DEWA, RTA, and other authority regulations.
• Review and evaluate design concepts and modification proposals to ensure alignment with development standards and Design Control Regulations (DCR).
• Assess conceptual, visa calculation, and masterplan-related drawings for adherence to regulatory and planning requirements.
• Liaise with planning teams, tenants, and external authorities to coordinate and update masterplans and infrastructure data (e.g., power, MEP, traffic).
• Supervise project operations and permit processes for developments within and beyond allocated plots.
• Review and provide feedback on plot allocation requests and approve based on regulatory compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with authorities (e.g., DEWA, Civil Defense) to resolve outstanding issues and facilitate approvals.
• Initiate discussions with tenants to resolve design or compliance issues and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong communication with government entities to expedite approvals and streamline the development process.
• Liaise with authorities such as municipalities, utility providers, civil defense, environment agencies, and other statutory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Follow up on the status of submitted applications and ensure timely processing and approvals.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all applications, permits, inspections, and authority communications.
