Development, review and update occupational safety policies, procedures, activities and programs.
Conduct risk assessment and submit report to all concerned parties.
Ensure the completion of periodic inspection and maintenance of fire protection/firefighting equipment/system.
Collect data related to occupational safety needed for technical studies.
Assist in project evaluations and monitor contractor activities.
Maintain the copies of all standards, policies, procedure, instructions and studies and distribute to interested parties as required or needed.
Assist in preparing client’s safety pre-qualification requirements.
Assist in evaluating contractor/3rd party pre-qualification and safety performance.
Maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) quality by in conformance to NIOSH, ANSI and/or equivalent standards or approvals.
Represent the company for insurance survey and/or during government entity inspection/visit
Facilitate periodic emergency drill.
Plan for activities and programs related to occupational safety and fire protection/prevention.
Conduct audit in periodic basis to verify compliance and maintenance of safety management system, programs and procedures.
Participate in incident/accident investigation.
Attend meeting relevant to loss prevention/occupational safety.
Keep records and data related to loss prevention/occupational safety.
Maintain inspection and maintenance records of firefighting/fire protection equipment/system.
