Position Title: Engineer - Inventory Analysis

Work Location

: Ras Al Khaimah

Education Required:

Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile engineering / Mechanical Engineering.

Experience Required:

3 to 4 years in the field of Automotive which includes reverse engineering/ Benchmarking of automotive products which also includes team management of min 4-member team for 1 or more years.

Skillset Required:

Automotive product/system design knowledge. Experience in Reverse engineering of electric/IC engine vehicle. Reverse engineering/benchmarking knowledge on automotive products. Knowledge on Bill of Material creation for Automotive vehicle parts. Knowledge on automotive Parts naming & functionality identification. Project status progress, review & presentation to management. Very good written & oral communication. Parts inventory management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitor the day by day Purchase, Production Stock and Storage in warehouse regularly. Ensure that all documents received in the warehouse are of satisfactory quality and log them to the system. Prepare shipping orders, keep track of all shipping orders and follow up the goods delivery. Follow up the importing and exporting goods with logistics and update the GIT to the system periodically Responsible for Maintaining and updating records such as slow moving items, dead items, aging items, fastmoving items and Ensuring inventory levels are adequate for the business. Create item shortage and excess stock Reports. Generate the local and overseas purchase amount for all purchasers by analyzing different reports Update all required purchase, inventory and sales Reports to the organization Supplier identification, RFQ's, quote compilation, quote comparison, negotiations & source recommendation Preparation of commercial contracts with suppliers. Support for material movements in & out of production unit. Follow up for import material clearance. Make monthly purchase reports.
