Engine Repair Specialist (automotive)
Job Description
:
1. Responsible for the achievement of safety, quality, delivery time, cost and other work objectives of the section;
2. Responsible for personnel management and training of the section;
3. Reduce costs and improve work efficiency through improvement;
4. Manage and control the process, equipment, line equipment and 5S in this section;
5. Responsible for promoting and improving regional quality, cost, safety and other issues;
6. Improve staff cohesion;
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, at least 8 years working experience in engine factory, at least 5 years working experience in related position;
2. Familiar with engine assembly workshop product process, production organization, quality management, personnel management, cost control and other professional knowledge;
3. Have the ability to analyze common assembly quality problems, master quality improvement management tools, and be able to formulate targeted quality prevention and control measures;
Familiar with assembly content and key points of each production line in engine assembly workshop;
5. Strong organization, coordination and communication skills; Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
