Your expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO will directly contribute to attracting and engaging our target audience -- from high-net-worth property investors to discerning homeowners. You will work closely with our marketing, content, and development teams to create a seamless, optimized digital experience that reflects the premium quality of our projects.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive qualified leads.
Conduct keyword research focused on the luxury real estate and landscaping sectors.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs to follow SEO best practices.
Manage on-page SEO: meta tags, headings, internal linking, and image optimization.
Implement off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and outreach campaigns.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Perform regular SEO audits to identify technical issues and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure SEO alignment across all channels.
Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm updates and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or luxury property industries.
Strong proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure for SEO optimization.
Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
