Our first activity started in 1970s, back in Italy (Europe) as a company providing integrated design and consultancy services in the technological and energy sector. Recently, we moved to United Arab Emirates, where the energy field is a developing trend. The company can satisfy the requirements of many clients operating in various sectors (food, chemical-pharmaceutical, industrial, large-scale retail trade, civil, etc.) thanks to its structure, made up of qualified and experienced Engineers and Industrial Experts. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and independently driven Energetic Engineer to join our growing company. You will be responsible for actively research and develop engineering projects for the large-scale retail trade and for construction industry. We are focused on renewable energy and anti-fire initial projects and adjustments, to make the businesses compliant with the energetic and anti-fire requirements. You should be committed to achieving targets and responsibilities with minimal supervision, demonstrating technical capabilities together with effective communication and negotiation skills, and always attaining excellent customer service levels. Duties and Responsibilities Ensure progress on engineering deliverables for awarded contracts and projects Communicate with customers for defining project requirements, planning, and programming of the assigned projects scheduling workforce and resources needed Participate in the coordination and in site meetings requested by the client to supervise the works planned. Preparation and/or supervision of the various engineering deliverables (drawings and documents) required for the procurement and providing the necessary engineering inputs to other disciplines Detailed engineering including calculations and dimensioning necessary for the tender Ensure an adequate division of labor within the design team to grant a positive climate for obtaining optimal efficiency and productivity. Preparation of bill of quantities to be attached to the project Requirements and Qualifications: Knowledge of the legislation of the reference sector. Excellent knowledge of computerized drawing (eg AutoCAD) and of calculation and dimensional software for design

• Minimum of a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in mechanical or energetic engineering.
• 5+ years of experience as energetic or mechanical engineer in Large Scale Retail Spaces and/or Real Estate Builders
• Analytical and mathematical mind, capable of evaluating and solving various complex problems
• Leadership skills necessary to develop a new team
• Organizational competencies and project management skills to keep projects, processes on track
• Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment
• Interpersonal communication skills with expertise in distilling complicated topics to a broader audience
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team
• Commercial skills
• Preferable Arabic Language speaking

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED7,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
