Job Description
Shababeek Real Estate LLC, a Real Estate Brokerage firm are expanding, and we need self-motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents (Russian / Arabic / English Speaker) to join our team. Requirements:
- MUST have proficient knowledge and a minimum of 1+ years of solid experience in Dubai Real Estate Sales. (off-plan or Secondary)
- Well presentable, well-groomed, and punctual
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with motivation to over achieve and build a successful career.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients.
- RERA license is a plus
- Must be computer literate
- Highly self-motivated, with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to their work.
- Able to work and perform in target-driven sales environment.
- Hard-working and dynamic.
- Ability to join as soon as possible.
- Must be a Russian / Arabic / English Speaker.
- Deep knowledge of Dubai Real Estate Market.
- Attend inquiries professionally to maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Formulate properties tailored to the need of the clients.
- Attend Property Events (such as exhibitions, sales events, mall stand, etc.)
