Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Employee Relations Specialist

to join our dynamic HR team. In this critical role, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment by championing employee well-being and driving engagement. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including employee relations management, performance management, employee lifecycle management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for creating a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Employee Relations:



Actively address and resolve employee concerns, including grievances, harassment cases, and other workplace issues. Conduct thorough and objective investigations of employee relations matters. Advise management on appropriate courses of action and implement disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.

Employee Lifecycle Management:



Oversee key aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Conduct exit interviews, analyze exit interview data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to management. Monitor employee turnover rates and develop strategies to improve retention.

Performance Management:



Support the annual performance review process, including training managers on performance evaluation methodologies and providing guidance on performance improvement plans. Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and social events.

Policy & Compliance:



Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

Data Analysis & Reporting:



Analyze HR data (e.g., employee satisfaction surveys, performance reviews, turnover data) to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on key employee relations metrics and provide insights to leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Experience

: Progressive experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on employee relations.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and data analysis tools.

Knowledge

: In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
