We are seeking an Employee Relations & Performance Officer to support workforce discipline, performance management, and training initiatives across our restaurant operations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, firmness, and hands-on engagement with operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and conflict resolution
Manage probation reviews, performance appraisals, and PIPs
Coordinate and support staff training programs
Work closely with shift managers and cluster managers
Conduct regular branch visits to assess performance and compliance
Assist with incentive and performance tracking programs
Prepare reports and recommendations for senior operations management
Requirements
Experience in employee relations, HR operations, or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to be firm, objective, and professional
Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
English required; additional languages are an advantage
