Handle employee grievances, investigations, and disciplinary cases.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and Qatar Labour Law.
Support managers and employees on ER-related matters.
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR/Employee Relations.
Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
Proficiency in MS Office.
