Job Description

Job functions and responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with other team members to create comprehensive and competitive benefits plans tailored to each client\xe2\x80\x99s specific requirements, (medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, etc.)
  • Conducting research and analysis of the insurance market to stay updated on industry trends, new products, and emerging benefits solutions. Utilizing this knowledge to recommend enhancements to existing benefits packages and suggest
  • Engaging with clients to understand their workforce demographics, organizational culture and long-term business goals and using this information to recommend benefits packages that align with their unique needs and budgetary considerations.
  • Preparing detailed and persuasive benefit plan proposals highlighting the advantages of the recommended solutions (cost savings, employee satisfaction and competitive advantages in the labor market).
  • Staying informed about the latest regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to employee benefits and ensuring that all benefits plans are designed and implemented in adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborating with other teams including sales and underwriting to ensure seamless execution of benefits programs and excellent client service delivery.
  • Addressing any questions or concerns that clients may have and ensuring a clear understanding of the proposed solutions.
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge of employee benefits, insurance products, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
  • BA degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or any related field.
  • Proven experience (2 to 3 years) in the insurance industry, preferably in employee benefits design or related roles.
  • Be accepted by the regulator whenever required.
Skills and competencies:
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits products, insurance carriers, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to employee benefits.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail oriented with commitment to delivering high quality work.
Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Relevant: 2 years (Preferred)
