Emiratization Specialist
Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is currently looking for an Emiratization Specialist to support the Human Resources & Development Department. This role focuses on the effective implementation of Emiratization strategies, ensuring compliance with HR laws and contributing to the development of national talent across the organization.
Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary: Estimated AED 18,000 to AED 23,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Emiratization rules, policies, and procedures in line with HR laws and government directives regarding the replacement of non-local employees
- Participate in the preparation of award files by providing and presenting accurate data related to Emiratization achievements
- Prepare reports and presentations requested by departments, ensuring all Emiratization-related data is accurately reflected
- Provide required information and respond to external parties' inquiries concerning Emiratization and local employee matters during meetings and regular communications
- Analyze and study suggestions, proposals, and programs related to Emiratization across RTA, offering recommendations for improvements
- Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the department management
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources with strong exposure to Emiratization and national development programs
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of integrated human resources systems
- Ability to prepare technical reports and detailed analyses
- Deep understanding of HR policies, procedures, and Emiratization frameworks
- Strong analytical, presentation, and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders
