\xc2\xb7 Support in recruitment and onboarding of UAE Nationals as per company\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
\xc2\xb7 Identify Emirati talent and salary benchmarking.
\xc2\xb7 Organize UAE National recruitment days / career fairs and open days.
\xc2\xb7 Coordinate interview of Emirati candidates.
\xc2\xb7 Primary focal point for existing UAE Nationals as part of Employee relations.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure employee satisfaction (UAE Nationals) and retention.
\xc2\xb7 Stay informed about labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
\xc2\xb7 Attend meetings with NAFIS Account Manager on periodic intervals.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure legal compliance and documentation of employees.
\xc2\xb7 Employee Grievance handling.
\xc2\xb7 Building relationship with universities for Emirati recruitment.
\xc2\xb7 Support Emirati Cadres for Pension and NAFIS registration.
