Emiratization Lead Al Futtaim Group is seeking an Emiratization Lead to drive its nationalization initiatives within Corporate Services and HR. This strategic role focuses on building strong relationships with government bodies, sourcing local talent, and leading Emirati development programs that align with national goals and the Group's vision. Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Industry: Human Resources Function: Training / Development Salary: AED 18,000 - AED 22,000 per month (estimated market range) Gender: Any Candidate Nationality: UAE Nationals only Candidate Current Location: Any Job Type: Full-time Role Overview The Emiratization Lead will be responsible for supporting and expanding the Group's nationalization agenda through proactive engagement with local stakeholders, higher education institutions, and internal business units. The role is pivotal to promoting Emirati employment across departments and ensuring effective integration and development of UAE nationals. Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage Emiratization strategies aligned with corporate goals
Work with HR and department heads to support hiring and integration of UAE Nationals
Coordinate with business units to align talent acquisition with the National Development Program
Partner with universities, placement agencies, and education boards to source Emirati talent
Represent the Group at career fairs, workshops, and national job events
Manage and enhance critical programs such as Emirati Graduate and Internship Learning initiatives
Maintain active engagement with government bodies (e.g., Tawteen) to stay updated on regulations
Provide input on training and orientation plans to ensure smooth onboarding and career progression
Monitor progress of student trainees, liaise with faculty, and provide regular feedback
Track and manage Emiratization program budget and effectiveness metrics
Requirements Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
2 to 3 years of HR experience, preferably in nationalization or talent development programs
Must be a UAE National (Emirati)
Skills:
Strong communication and presentation abilities in both Arabic and English
Proven ability to analyze HR metrics and market trends
Effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
