Job Summary:
We are hiring Emirati nationals for a remote Customer Service Executive role. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure an excellent customer experience -- all while working comfortably from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on pending issues
Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and solution-oriented service
Meet daily/weekly performance KPIs (response time, quality, customer satisfaction, etc.)
Follow company communication guidelines and service standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
UAE National (Emirati only) -- mandatory
High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred)
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
Good typing speed and computer literacy
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
Work Schedule:
Flexible or fixed shifts (add specific timing if needed)
