Position Overview
Al Futtaim Group is seeking a motivated and strategic Emiratisation Lead to oversee and enhance the organization's nationalization initiatives within Corporate Services. The role focuses on developing and implementing Emiratisation strategies that attract, integrate, and retain UAE Nationals across business units. The successful candidate will collaborate with government entities, universities, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with national workforce goals and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of Al Futtaim Group's Emiratisation strategy in line with national workforce objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to identify, attract, and integrate Emirati talent across multiple divisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, technical institutions, and government authorities such as MOHRE and Tawteen.
  • Represent the organization in career fairs, placement workshops, and national job market events to promote Al Futtaim as an employer of choice for UAE Nationals.
  • Manage and monitor Emirati development programs, including graduate training and internship initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal training teams to design orientation, mentoring, and skill-building programs tailored for Emirati employees.
  • Maintain compliance with UAE Emiratisation laws, policies, and reporting requirements.
  • Track KPIs, prepare progress reports, and present insights on Emiratisation performance and development outcomes.
  • Support budgeting and operational planning for nationalization programs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in talent attraction, engagement, and retention practices.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of HR experience with a focus on Emiratisation or nationalization programs.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market data and program effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence at multiple organizational levels.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational and reporting skills.
