Job Title: Government Relations / Liaison Officer
:
Represent the organization during official meetings, inspections, and negotiations.
Maintain effective relationships with government departments and other external agencies.
Provide timely updates to management on regulatory changes, compliance status, and pending approvals.
Facilitate the acquisition and renewal of approvals, licenses, permits, and other legal documents required for business operations.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of all liaison activities, submissions, and communications.
Ensure full compliance with UAE laws, labor regulations, health and safety standards, and all other relevant statutory requirements.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of government procedures and compliance processes in the UAE.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
High level of professional integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in a Liaison, Government Relations, Compliance, or Public Relations Officer role.
Familiarity with the UAE regulatory framework and local legal requirements.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
