to join our team at Al Taie Center. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient experience from registration to assistance with inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage front-desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries.
Register patients accurately and verify required documentation.
Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with patient data protection policies.
Assist in handling billing inquiries and processing payments when required.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Support other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
Nationality:
UAE Nationals only (Emirati).
Education:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience:
Prior experience as a receptionist, front-desk agent, or customer service representative in healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.
Language Skills:
Fluent in
Arabic
(mandatory).
Proficiency in
English
(spoken & written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask, remain organized, and work under pressure.
