Wood is recruiting for Graduate positions within our Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, Quality Management and Supply Chain departments in our

Abu Dhabi office.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for high-achieving graduates with a desire to learn - the ideal candidates should have degree from an Engineering, Construction or Business Management subject ideally; however, other subjects may be considered should the Graduate have an appetite to progress into one of these roles.


It is key that the candidates enjoy problem solving / troubleshooting, detailed analysis, are willing to embrace new ideas, and most importantly; take on assignments where the approach or solution isn't known at the outset.

Apply to open position if interested to be considered Closing date for all applications will be 24th October We will review applications in week starting 27th October Shortlisted candidates will receive invitations to assessment centre before 31st October to attend on 3rd November Assessment centre will take place on 3rd November with a view to successful candidates starting employment in 3rd - 4th week of November

Expected

Minimum Bachelor degree in any Engineering discipline, Business Administration or Construction Management (although other subjects will be considered upon application) Ability to work in multi-disciplinary team environments Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines Adaptability to work on diverse tasks and in a fast-paced environment Eagerness to learn and develop into a well-rounded professional Creativity: have that innate ability to "think outside the box" Analytical ability: ability to think analytically to fully define a problem and develop solutions suited to the problem
