The Client Care Officer is the main point of contact for patients and clients. This role involves managing daily bookings, providing support to patients and families, attend events, and helping the company attract and retain new clients. The goal is to ensure excellent service for every client while actively contributing to business growth through relationship-building, lead follow-ups, and participation in community and marketing activities.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, social media, and email, managing daily bookings, cancellations, schedules, and ensuring accurate data entry for invoicing and logistics.
Collect client feedback, escalate complaints to management, and support front desk operations and daily office needs on a rotating basis.
Identify new clients and referral opportunities from the community
Help promote NeoHealth services at events and community/social gatherings.
Introduce NeoHealth to new prospects and confidently explain the company's services.
Follow up with leads and send quotations to potential clients or patients.
Assist in closing deals and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
Requirements:
High School certificate (minimum)
Personality & Skills:
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Able to communicate effectively in English
Friendly, outgoing, and confident in speaking with people
Organized and able to manage time and tasks
Willing to learn and grow in a professional setting
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Working Conditions:
Office-based with frequent fieldwork (visiting clients, attending events)
May require occasional evening or weekend work for events
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
