Job Summary:

The role involves making quick, accurate decisions in high-pressure situations and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to manage a wide range of acute medical and trauma cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert assessment and treatment for patients with urgent or life-threatening conditions.
- Lead and supervise the clinical team, including junior doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Participate in the management of resuscitation and major trauma cases.
- Ensure safe, timely, and appropriate clinical decisions are made and documented.
- Liaise with other departments and specialties to facilitate timely patient transfers and admissions.
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and pathways.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical governance standards.
- Deliver and support education, training, and continuous professional development (CPD) activities for staff.
- Contribute to service development, strategic planning, and departmental leadership.
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent).
- Emergency Medicine Consultant License from DOH/DHA/MOH
- Fellowship or Certification in Emergency Medicine (e.g., FCEM, CCFP-EM, ABEM).
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a high workload under pressure.
- Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
