Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

to join our medical response team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide efficient and immediate care to the critically ill or injured, both on-site and during transportation to healthcare facilities, in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide basic life support (BLS) services as required. Assess patient condition and determine appropriate course of treatment. Transport patients safely to medical facilities while monitoring vital signs. Communicate effectively with dispatch, hospitals, and other healthcare providers. Maintain and restock ambulance equipment and supplies. Complete accurate patient care reports and documentation. Ensure ambulance is clean, sanitary, and in proper working condition at all times. Adhere to all relevant local and international healthcare and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Valid HAAD/DOH License

as an EMT in Abu Dhabi (or eligibility to obtain one).

Certified EMT-B or EMT-I

(Basic or Intermediate) from a recognized institution. Minimum

2 years of experience

in pre-hospital emergency care or ambulance services. Current

BLS certification

(ACLS/PALS certification is an advantage). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and in a team-oriented environment. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
