Job Summary:

We are seeking a certified and experienced

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

to provide on-site emergency medical support at a project location in Abu Dhabi. The EMT will be responsible for delivering prompt medical attention, handling emergency and non-emergency cases, and maintaining readiness for any incident. This role demands strong decision-making under pressure and a commitment to safety and compliance with DOH (Department of Health) Abu Dhabi standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide

immediate and effective emergency medical care

to employees, contractors, and visitors on site. Respond to medical emergencies such as injuries, trauma, fainting, and cardiac issues. Conduct

daily health surveillance

, first-aid treatment, and maintain accurate patient records. Operate and maintain the

ambulance vehicle

and ensure emergency medical equipment is fully functional. Assist the Site Doctor or Nurse in

routine patient care

and occupational health activities. Coordinate patient transfer to nearby hospitals as required, ensuring complete documentation and communication. Follow

DOH, OSHA, and site-specific HSE guidelines

for infection control and safety. Participate in

drills and emergency preparedness activities

on site. Prepare incident and daily medical reports and ensure timely submission to the Medical Coordinator or Project Lead. Educate workers on health, hygiene, and basic first-aid protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid

DOH (Department of Health) EMT License

or eligibility to practice in Abu Dhabi. Diploma or certification in Emergency Medical Technology or equivalent. Minimum

2 years of experience

, preferably in remote sites, construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects. Valid UAE Driving License is a

plus

. Excellent communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Calm, quick decision-maker with the ability to work under pressure and in remote conditions. Good physical fitness and willingness to work in

rotational shifts

or extended hours if required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
