Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

Embroidery Machine Operator

to operate computerized embroidery machines to produce designs on Abayas as per design specifications. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in operating embroidery machines and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate embroidery machines, according to production requirements.

Load and position fabric or garments properly on the machine.

Select and thread needles, adjust tension, and input design patterns.

Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and accuracy of embroidery work.

Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.

Identify and correct stitching defects or machine errors.

Maintain production logs and report any issues to supervisors.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an embroidery machine operator.

Familiarity with different types of embroidery machines and software.

Good understanding of fabric types and thread handling.

Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination.

Ability to read and follow design specifications and patterns.

Basic troubleshooting and mechanical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a high-volume production environment.

Knowledge of garment construction and textile finishing is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
