(elv) Systems Engineer
Job Description
Job Summary (ELV Engineer):
- Design, install, test, and commission Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems such as CCTV, Access Control, SMATV, and Intercom.
- Review and interpret ELV system drawings, schematics, and project specifications.
- Perform troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems including Public Address and Structured Cabling.
- Coordinate site activities with Electrical, IT, and Civil teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Prepare and submit daily reports, testing documentation, and progress updates to supervisors and project management.
- Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, company quality standards, and project requirements.
- Assist in material inspections, design verification, and preparation of as-built documentation.
- Provide technical support during project execution and handover stages.
- Utilize strong knowledge of ELV subsystems (CCTV, Access Control, BMS).
- Work independently, managing multiple site activities and tasks efficiently.
- Preferred candidates are locally available in UAE.
