Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

ELV Site Engineer

with solid experience in

CCTV systems, Access Control, Gate Barrier Systems, Video Management Systems (VMS)

, and other ELV technologies. The role requires managing site implementation, ensuring system integration, and delivering high-quality solutions in compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute ELV system installation

including CCTV, access control, gate barriers, VMS, intercom, and intrusion detection systems. Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely delivery and execution. Perform system configuration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards on site. Prepare and maintain project documentation: daily site reports, snag lists, testing reports, as-built drawings, etc. Provide technical support during handover and post-installation phases. Attend site meetings and interface with consultants, clients, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma

in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent.

3-7 years

of experience in ELV systems with a strong focus on:

CCTV

(analog/IP), including brands like Hikvision, Axis, Bosch, etc.

Access Control Systems

- card readers, biometric systems (e.g., Lenel, HID, Suprema)

Gate Barrier Systems

- boom barriers, turnstiles, bollards.

VMS platforms

- Milestone, Genetec, Avigilon, etc. Proficient in reading technical drawings and preparing as-builts. Familiar with integration of ELV systems and BMS. Good knowledge of structured cabling and network topology. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiar with industry standards (SIRA). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
