Job Description

(Key Responsibilities):

Supervise and manage on-site installation of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, SMATV, Structured Cabling, Intercom, BMS, and related systems Coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements before and during execution Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems to ensure quality and compliance Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures on site Monitor material delivery, installation progress, and manpower allocation Identify technical issues on site and propose effective solutions Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project documentation Attend site meetings and provide technical input when required Support project handover, as-built drawings, and final documentation

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month

Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

ELV Site Engineer: 5 years (Preferred) Smart Home Systems:: 3 years (Preferred) On-Site ELV: 5 years (Preferred) KNX Programming: 5 years (Preferred) KNX - General Knowledge & Installation: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
