JOB DESCRIPTION

? As a member of the security installation team, you will be responsible for undertaking various pre-planned and reactive maintenance tasks and new installation works encompassing either, CCTV, Access Control, or others Security Systems equipment. You must demonstrate a knowledge of Security System

? You will take responsibility for all assigned projects including of Site Survey, Designing, Drawing Layout, from commencement to completion.

? You will complete these projects in a manner that exceeds our customers' expectations and ensures that our work adheres to all company policies and procedure.

? You will be required to work on several projects and have the ability to multi task and plan critical requests from Clients

Key Responsibilities:

? Installation, servicing / maintenance, testing, commissioning of Intruder Alarm Systems -IP Surveillance Systems and Access Control Systems or related equipment, following drawing and layouts.

? Providing a quality installation in the most methodical and efficient manner, including the ability to digest detailed scope of works and working drawings.

? Production of high-quality commissioning and handover documentation and as fit drawings.

? Maintaining safe work environment at all times and have a good understanding of Health and Safety i.e. Method, Risk assessments, safe working procedures etc.

? Client training and demonstration of systems to explain the systems working and functionality.

? Responding to out of hours service calls.

Person Specification & Essential Technical Competencies

? Demonstrate at least 2 years previous experience in a Security role.

? Demonstrate a general knowledge of all Security Systems

? SIRA Trained and Approved Engineer.

? Administration skills with an understanding of the importance of paperwork and the accuracy and timeliness of submission of same.

? Holding UAE Driving License

? Knowledge of AutoCAD, SVG, SSD Drawing (As per SIRA)

? Knowledge of CCTV IP Systems / Networking, Fire and Intruder Alarms, Access control, Intercom, Bollards, Tire Killer Barriers, Sliding / Swing / Shutters, PA System, WIFI and Access Points and any others security equipment's.

? Team Player: working collaboratively, sharing knowledge and experiences to deliver the best solutions.

? Demonstrates honestly, loyalty and commitment. Have the ability to train others /apprentices

? Effective Communication skills: Able to adapt communication to audience and create detailed written documents and reports, Presents a professional image at all times.

? Being high professional performance and adopting best practice to meet clients' highest expectations while achieving the highest possible standings in terms of quality, health, and safety.

? Highly motivated, flexible and can work unsupervised to get results in an effective way. Can manage deadlines and takes an organized approach to work.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
