Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ELV Presales Engineer to provide technical support to the sales team by preparing system designs, proposals, and documentation for Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging technical requirements between clients and internal teams, covering systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Public Address, SMATV, Home Automation, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze project specifications and drawings Design ELV systems using AutoCAD and relevant tools Prepare technical submittals, BOQs, compliance documents, and proposals Attend client meetings and conduct site visits as needed Coordinate closely with sales, procurement, and project teams Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, templates, and design libraries
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunication Engineering 2-5 years of experience in ELV presales or a related role Strong knowledge of ELV systems: Structured Cabling, IP CCTV, Access Control, AV, Intercom, etc. Familiar with ELV integration and standards (BICSI, SIRA, etc.) Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Preferred certifications: BICSI, KNX, SIRA, or related manufacturer certifications Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills Must be currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
Salary: AED 3,000 - 4,500 per month (based on experience)
Note: Only candidates on dependent visas (e.g., husband visa) will be considered.
