Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ELV/AV Presales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Audio-Visual (AV) systems, with a proven track record in presales engineering. This role requires a deep understanding of technical specifications, the ability to design and propose innovative solutions, and exceptional communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise:

Provide technical expertise in ELV/AV systems including but not limited to CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, AV solutions, and Structured Cabling.

Solution Design:

Design and propose comprehensive ELV/AV solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Proposal Development:

Develop detailed technical proposals, including system architecture, bill of materials (BOM), cost estimates, and project timelines.

Client Engagement:

Engage with clients to understand their needs, present technical solutions, and address any technical queries or concerns.

Sales Support:

Support the sales team by providing technical insights, conducting product demonstrations, and participating in client meetings.

Documentation:

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including system designs, technical specifications, and project reports.

Vendor Coordination:

Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source the best products and solutions for client projects.

Project Handover:

Work closely with project management and implementation teams to ensure seamless project handover and execution.
Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in ELV/AV presales engineering.

Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of ELV/AV systems and components, including design and integration.

Certifications:

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CTS, CCNA, PMP) are highly desirable.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Team Player:

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
