The Role
Expected Abilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Visualizing and developing any high-end ELV system design and execution requirement and delivery time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Design reviews and project progress as per the timelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in IT requirements, Networking, Structured Cabling systems, Data transfer mediums (Copper and FOC) Telecommunication requirements and service provider and authority approvals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring that the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority through all stages of the project; \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating with MEP Project Managers in organizing and managing technical reviews, Project progress monitoring and intervening in critical bottlenecks and issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Expertise in managing a team of ELV engineers proficient in ELV systems and on-site Installation activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Extensive UAE experience; \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in managing contractors and consultant teams on ELV project value of AED 50m+; \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronic and Related Engineering. \xe2\x80\xa2 10 Years of working experience in related ELV projects in handling the below subjects \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for the ELV, IT, Telecom, Electronic Security and Fire Alarm systems design contents and its follow-up for Authorities and Client\'s approval. \xe2\x80\xa2 Design review of the IT, Telecom, ELV, Security and Fire Alarm services. Coordination with other Discipline Engineers (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical) as applicable. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review of related systems material and quantity estimation, costing and commercial implications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Control and facilitate maintenance, safe and secure functioning of company IT and server network systems and IT equipment used by the engineers and offices. Timekeeping and attendance systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with telephone and internet service providers for the smooth and uninterrupted day-to-day functioning of the engineering and management teams and offices.
