Job Description

We are looking for a

hands-on ELV / IT Site Supervisor

to oversee day-to-day site activities and support ongoing ELV & IT projects. The role requires

strong technical execution

, team supervision, and the ability to independently handle installations when required.
This position

reports directly to the Project Engineer

.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise

site technicians and installers

across multiple locations Execute and monitor daily site activities as per project requirements Perform

hands-on installation, configuration, and testing

when needed Conduct basic

site surveys

and coordinate material requirements Ensure installations follow approved drawings and technical standards Assist the Project Engineer with progress updates and issue resolution Train site technicians on proper installation and configuration methods Maintain site discipline, safety, and work quality

Technical Skills Required (Practical Level)

Candidates

must have real site experience

and working knowledge of:

IP-based network setups and structured cabling practices Configuration of network security devices and site routers Managed switching concepts (port configuration, link aggregation, traffic control) VLAN configuration and basic network segmentation Understanding of SD-WAN fundamentals for multi-site connectivity Complete firewall configuration and troubleshooting, including hands-on experience with: SonicWall Fortinet (FortiGate) Wireless network deployment (indoor & outdoor) Configuration and commissioning of ELV systems, including: CCTV cameras and NVRs Door access control systems Video intercom systems Biometric and attendance devices Wireless point-to-point links
This role is hands-on. Candidates without real installation and configuration experience should not apply.

Mandatory Requirements (Strict)

Valid UAE Driving License - Mandatory

? Do not apply if you do not have a UAE driving license or are in testing stages

Minimum

2-4 years

ELV / IT site experience in the UAE Ability to work independently on live project sites Experience supervising technicians on-site Practical understanding of networking, ELV devices, and system integration
