Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ELV Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an ELV Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and compliance of Extra Low Voltage systems in various projects throughout the region.

Conduct thorough inspections of ELV systems, including security, fire alarm, CCTV, and access control systems Verify installations comply with local building codes, international standards, and project specifications Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation Perform tests on ELV systems to ensure proper functionality and performance Identify and report any deficiencies, non-conformities, or safety issues Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes in ELV systems Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field Minimum 15 years of experience in ELV systems inspection or a related field In-depth knowledge of ELV systems, including security, fire alarm, CCTV, and access control Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics Strong understanding of relevant codes and standards, including local building codes in Saudi Arabia and international standards (e.g., NFPA, IEC) Relevant certifications in ELV systems (e.g., BICSI, CFPS) preferred Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Proficiency in using inspection and testing equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Arabic language skills preferred
