Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

ELV Engineer

with

KNX Partner Certification

and

expert-level proficiency in ETS (Engineering Tool Software)

. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, programming, and commissioning KNX-based smart building systems, as well as managing a wide range of ELV systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, program, and commission smart building automation systems using

ETS software

. Configure, test, and integrate KNX devices and systems for residential and commercial projects. Develop project documentation, including KNX topologies, addressing plans, and functional descriptions. Prepare ETS project files, group addresses, and logical scenes based on project requirements. Lead site installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting of KNX and other ELV systems. Coordinate with design consultants, project stakeholders, and site teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Design and oversee implementation of ELV systems including: Structured cabling CCTV and surveillance systems Access control and intercom systems Public address and audio-video distribution Fire alarm systems BMS and HVAC controls integration Conduct client demos, training sessions, and provide post-installation support.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Automation Engineering.

KNX Partner Certificate

(mandatory).

Expert-level user of ETS (ETS5 or ETS6)

- proven track record in programming complex projects. Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ELV and smart home/building automation systems. Strong understanding of KNX topology, addressing, device configuration, logic functions, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in reading electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical layouts. Excellent project coordination and documentation skills. Good communication and client interaction abilities.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

Experience with DALI, BACnet, Modbus integration. Familiarity with Crestron, Control4, or Lutron is a plus. Knowledge of lighting design, HVAC integration, or IoT smart technologies. GCC experience and valid driving license.
