Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Creating and editing ELV System drawings required for projects. Creating design, shop drawings and necessary documents related to project or sales request. Creating accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions, and site visits. Creating and supporting the project team in the design and sketches. Preparing and continually updating drawings for ongoing or finished projects. Creating illustration or graphics design. Integrating, collaborating, working with project design and standard details to produce implementation drawings. Preparing and check all AutoCAD layout drawings are available or not for the project. Prepare countable take-off items from MEP tender AutoCAD & PDF drawings for costing preparation. Printing various formats of drawing sets for project and sales requirements.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

Ability to read AutoCAD/Revit drawings and design. Well verse and outstanding skills in 2D & 3D AutoCAD program. Well verse and outstanding skills in any Adobe InDesign (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) Excellent communication skills; listening, comprehension and high attention to detail. Capacity to handle pressure, strong work ethic and the ability to handle peak work times. Ability to think critically, innovate, and solve challenging technical problems. Diploma in Drafting & Design is an advantage
