Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ELV Document Controller to manage all project documentation for large-scale ELV projects. The role requires in-depth knowledge of material submittals, method statements, compliance preparation, and consultant approvals. The right candidate will have hands-on experience in handling complex documentation workflows for major projects in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare, review, and submit material submittals with full compliance to project specifications. Draft and manage method statements for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, etc.). Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities to secure timely approvals. Maintain and update a comprehensive documentation log for submittals, approvals, and revisions. Ensure documentation meets the requirements of MOI SSD and other authorities. Support the project team by providing accurate, organized, and up-to-date documentation.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Document Controller for large-scale ELV projects. Strong understanding of ELV systems and related documentation standards. Demonstrated experience in consultant coordination and authority approvals. Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and document control systems.

GCC Countries (preferably in Qatar)

Valid Qatar Driving License (Preferred)



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
