We are seeking a qualified and experienced

ELV Design Engineer

to join our team in

Sharjah

. The ideal candidate will have over

6 years of experience

in ELV system design, particularly in

UAE building projects

and within a

consultancy environment

.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and development of ELV systems including: CCTV & Surveillance Access Control & Door Intercom Public Address and Voice Evacuation Systems Fire Alarm (coordination with fire consultants) Structured Cabling Systems Building Management Systems (BMS) SMATV and IPTV Prepare and review

drawings, schematics, riser diagrams, and BOQs

. Ensure compliance with

UAE Civil Defence

and other regulatory authorities. Work closely with architects, MEP teams, and other stakeholders for coordinated design delivery. Conduct site inspections and provide design support during execution. Attend client meetings and provide technical presentations where necessary. Support in

tendering

,

technical submittals

, and project documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.

Minimum 6 years of experience

, with at least 3 years in the UAE. Prior experience working on

building projects in a consultancy setup

is essential. Strong knowledge of

local authority standards

(Civil Defence, Etisalat, DU, etc.). Proficiency in design tools such as

AutoCAD

and

Revit

is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Able to join

immediately

or on short notice.
