, you will serve as a trusted consultant for clients seeking high-value real estate investments. You will leverage your expertise in Abu Dhabi's property market to deliver tailored solutions, build lasting relationships, and drive successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice on prime and investment property opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close sales transactions.
Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate market trends, regulations, and developments.
Manage a portfolio of elite properties and ensure maximum exposure through marketing channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven track record in real estate sales, preferably in luxury or investment properties.
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
UAE driving license preferred.
