• To carry out all assigned mechanical, electrical and testing & commissioning works and ensure the quality of work done

Duties and Responsibilities Perform mechanical, electrical, and testing & commissioning work efficiently and according to company procedures and instructions received. Perform the Installation and Maintenance works independently. Able to read and understand shop drawing to identify the equipment needed for the installation. Know how to use hands and measurements & testing devices such as ammeters and voltmeters and elevator diagnostic tool. Able to read and understand the electrical wiring diagram and familiar with the fault findings principals & allocating the malfunction component e.g. brakes, motors, switches, signals and control systems using test equipment\xe2\x80\x99s. Responsible for the preventive maintenance and call backs Perform the maintenance works efficiently and according to company procedures and instructions received. Perform the preventive maintenance, proactive maintenance, reactive maintenance and corrective maintenance for the elevators, escalators, travellators, moving walks and dumbwaiters as per standard. Perform the elevator/escalator repair works as per standard. Report all non-conformities immediately to the immediate Supervisor. Adhere to all Hyundai safety guidelines and procedures. Perform other related duties. Respond the maintenance emergency calls by 24x7 Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
