Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new sales opportunities for elevators and lift solutions
Meet architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and end users
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close sales
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth handover
Track market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities
Requirements
Proven experience in sales (elevator, construction, or related industry preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities
Valid UAE driving license
(mandatory)
Familiarity with Dubai and Northern Emirates market
Presentable, confident, and customer-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in elevator or building services industry
Knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial projects
Existing network with contractors or consultants is an advantage
