Sales Executive for Elevator/Escalator Installation

, focusing on expanding their elevator and escalator services in the commercial and residential sectors. This role is based in Al Quoz, Dubai, and is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

: Identify and research potential clients in both commercial and residential sectors in Dubai. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Sales Presentations & Proposals

: Present elevator and escalator service offerings to prospective clients. Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions. Prepare and present proposals and quotations.

Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong client relationships in the Dubai market. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Strategic Planning & Reporting

: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets in Dubai. Track sales activities and report on performance. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in Dubai.
Qualifications

Experience

: Minimum of 3 years in sales.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Skills

: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Licensing

: Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel within Dubai.
