Job Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented and experienced Lift Sales Executive to expand our elevator and escalator business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge and a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the construction, real estate, or vertical transportation sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the UAE market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, property developers, and building management firms.
Conduct site visits, assess client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales agreements within set targets.
Coordinate with technical, project, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM or internal reporting tools.
Requirements
Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in elevator/lift sales in the UAE or GCC.
Knowledge of elevator systems, specifications, and project sales cycles.
Proven sales and negotiation skills with a strong commercial mindset.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tender documents.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
