Roles and Responsibilities:

Experience with high rise building installation for Elevator & Escalator

Develop detailed installation plans, including timelines and resource allocation.

Conduct site assessments to ensure readiness for installation.

Coordinate with project managers and other engineers to address any site-specific challenges.

Oversee the installation of elevators and escalators, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Assemble and install all components, including machinery, electrical systems, and control panels.

Perform inspections throughout the installation process to verify that work meets company and industry standards.

Conduct testing of installed systems to ensure proper functionality and safety.

Work closely with other team members, including technicians and project managers, to ensure smooth operations.

Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns.

Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including time logs, materials used, and any issues encountered.

Prepare and submit reports on installation progress and outcomes.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during installation.

Conduct safety briefings for the installation team and ensure all members are equipped with necessary safety gear.

Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during installation.

Provide solutions to challenges encountered in the field, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.

Train new staff on installation procedures and safety practices.

Share knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.

Stay updated on industry advancements, technologies, and best practices.

Recommend improvements to installation processes and procedures for enhanced efficiency.

Requirements

Diploma/degree in Engineering

Experience in elevator industry minimum 5 -8 years' experience. (UAE experience is must)

Experience in Elevator /Escalator field is a must!

Strong technical knowledge
