Identify and pursue new business opportunities for elevator and escalator systems in commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
Establish contacts with consultants, MEP contractors, developers, and facility managers.
Attend industry events and network with key stakeholders to generate leads.
2. Sales & Client Relationship Management
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
Understand client needs and propose appropriate elevator/escalator models and configurations.
Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
3. Technical & Commercial Coordination
Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to prepare tailored proposals.
Ensure compliance with local codes, project specifications, and timelines.
Follow up on approvals, drawings, and handovers.
4. Reporting & CRM
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports in CRM systems.
Provide regular updates to management on market trends, competitor activity, and sales forecasts.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:Education & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2-5 years of sales experience in elevators, escalators, or building services/equipment.
Prior experience in the UAE or GCC construction market is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of elevator and escalator systems and specifications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license is required.
