Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electronic Technician to join our team and ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of industrial machines' electronic systems. As an Electronic Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the electronic components of industrial equipment, contributing to the seamless functioning of our laundry facility.
Responsibilities:
1. Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Utilize your expertise to identify and diagnose electronic issues in laundry machines, including washers, dryers, and industrial-sized equipment.
2. Repairs and Maintenance: Perform timely and accurate repairs on faulty electronic components, such as VFD, control boards, sensors, motors, switches, and wiring, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal machine performance.
3. Calibration and Testing: Calibrate electronic controls, sensors, and detectors to ensure precise functionality. Conduct thorough testing after repairs to validate proper operation and accuracy.
4. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for electronic components to prevent potential issues and extend the lifespan of the laundry machines.
5. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities. Update equipment logs, maintenance manuals, and electronic records to track the history of each machine.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and maintenance personnel to troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective solutions for improving laundry equipment performance.
7. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, guidelines, and industry standards while performing repairs and maintenance. Ensure all repaired machines meet regulatory and safety requirements.
8. Inventory Management: Manage inventory of electronic components, tools, and spare parts. Maintain accurate stock levels to facilitate efficient repairs and replacements.
9. Training and Support: Provide training and support to junior technicians and equipment operators regarding basic electronic troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
10. Stay Current: Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in electronic systems and laundry equipment maintenance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Electronic Technician, preferably in a maintenance or repair capacity for laundry or similar equipment.
- Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuitry, digital and analog systems, and control systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other relevant equipment for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and manipulate heavy equipment and tools.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and guidelines.
Experience:
2-5 years work experience in automation, industrial machines and repairing accounting machines or ATM machines.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
