Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in English and Arabic
Provide detailed knowledge of electronics (mobiles, tablets, power banks, AirPods, etc.)
Explain product features, specifications, and pricing clearly
Demonstrate how products work and highlight their key benefits
Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions
Arrange and organize stocks properly in the display area
Learn about new products and stay updated with trends
Meet or exceed sales targets
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Requirements
Fluent in
English and Arabic
(spoken and written)
Proven experience in
sales
, preferably in
electronics retail
Strong product knowledge of mobile phones, tablets, and accessories
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Friendly, confident, and professional attitude
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Willing to work in
any branch across the UAE
