Job Vacancy: Salesman Showroom Company: Meshkati Company Field: Retail of lighting and electrical products Location: UAE- Sharjah As per with the below requirement: - A good understanding of the sales process and a thorough knowledge of the showroom products in which they work to be able to benefit customers. - Technical and electronic skills - Provide respectful and exemplary customer service under any circumstances. - Provide detailed explanations and information to the customer about the product they require. - Deal with customer inquiries and complaints and work to resolve them. - Familiarity with network machine operation and training. - Identify strengths and weaknesses, offer alternative solutions, use logic, and draw conclusions. - Understand sentences and paragraphs written in company documents. - Maintain general cleanliness and refrain from smoking within the showroom. - Refrain from using the telephone for personal purposes and handle incoming calls accurately and respectfully.
