Electronic Medical Records(er) Verifier Nursing Background
Job Description
Candidates should be able to and experienced in
Review each patient records with all main domains for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to documentation standards.
Coordinate with nursing staff to Ensure timely entry and updating of patient information in the EMR system.
Identify and rectify discrepancies or missing information in patient records and complete corrective action within stipulated time.?
Flag and report inconsistencies, missing information, or policy violations to appropriate staff
Bachelor's degree in Nursing,
Coding certification is added advantage.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting working with EMRs, Familiarity with electronic health record systems
