Description

Job Purpose

To Plan and Manage the implementation of various Electro-mechanical systems for the network

sites at different layers to satisfy the operational requirements achieving the goal of a "Superior

Network Performance". It also includes the provision of the E&M solutions and guide lines that

govern the E&M installations at various sites and provide training for all relevant sections.

Report To Position Name

Centrally lead the E&M set up of Technical Department to ensure utmost efficient and economic

solutions are implemented at various network layers .

Set up various E&M designs, guide lines and criteria to be adopted at various network sites.

Oversee and verify EM budgets prepared by various disciplines to ensure proper utilization of

company investments.

Exercise a routine random auditing to ensure that EM criteria are properly followed and the

budgets are not exceeded and highlight the same on routine basis to the respective sections and

during dashboard meetings if necessary.

Manage and supervise Telecom power installation for(Core & BSC and green solutions) to improve

time to market (i.e. hybrid project success)

Control design & implementation for new electro-mechanical Technologies to ensure up to date

network upgrade.


Monitor and Supervise the Implementation and audit for electro-mechanical Installation to ensure

compliance with installation manuals and right functionality.

Control troubleshooting plans for core sites and hub sites to ensure best sites performance.

Managing and dispatching work activities between the team members to ensure fair work load and

better working environment.

Ensures that the required, tools and equipments are available through initiating RFPs and LOIs to

enhance the team's performance.

Coaching team members in both technical and non-technical aspects to cope with network

requirements.

Plan strategic directions of the department for expansions and enhancements.

Sets proper framework for implementing required network modifications with highest quality

standards and without effect on the network performance.

Sets proper framework for monitoring Vendor Managed Services contract implementation and its

adherence to Etisalat Misr standards and Service Level Agreements.

Create suitable and healthy environment for staff to innovate and initiate new ideas help in

department targets and goals

Create and develop second layer of mangers with high technical competencies and managerial

skills.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

University Degree in Electrical Engineering

Excellent ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines.

High Leadership skills.

Excellent Computer skills and communication skills

Excellent Command of the English Language

Excellent negotiation skills.

Full knowledge in commerce and legal related to the job requirements

Minimum 0- 2 years Experience.
