Experience Requirements: 1. design and development: Research and analyze project requirements to develop designs for mechanical and electrical systems. Create detailed engineering drawings and models using Computer Aided Design (CAD) software. Selects and plans equipment, components, and materials to meet performance, cost, and maintainability requirements. 2. equipment installation and maintenance: Install, commission and test mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure proper operation. Carry out preventive maintenance and regularly inspect and repair equipment to extend life and improve efficiency. Troubleshoot equipment failures and problems and take quick action to restore normal operation. 3. Project Management: Manages engineering projects, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Coordinate work with other departments, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule. Follow safety regulations and environmental regulations to ensure project compliance. 4. Performance Evaluation and Optimization: Evaluate and analyze the performance of mechanical and electrical systems and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Propose and implement improvements to increase system efficiency, reliability and maintainability. 5. Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to help operators understand and maintain equipment. Answer technical questions and assist in solving equipment operation challenges. 6.Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain documents and records related to equipment and engineering projects.
